Refund policy

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • The item was received in a damaged, defective, or broken condition.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The item is significantly different from what was described on our website.
  • The return request is raised within 30 days of delivery.

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, packaging removed, or the request is made after 7 days of delivery.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@flicksy.shop with your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photos/video of the product. Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours.

3. Refund Process

  • Prepaid orders: Refund credited to original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • COD orders: Refund via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days after you share your bank/UPI details.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are offered for defective or wrong products subject to availability. If out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

*If exchange is been approved then the new exchanged or replaced product will be delivered within 5-7 business days.*

5. Non-Returnable Items

Personal care products, items marked "Final Sale", and items from special promotional events (unless defective) are non-returnable.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, we bear return shipping costs. In other eligible cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
