Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 & 3 cities: 5–7 business days
• Remote/rural areas: 7–10 business days

3. Shipping Charges

• Orders above ₹499 → FREE shipping
• Orders below ₹499 → Flat ₹49 shipping fee

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across most pin codes in India. A handling charge of ₹30–₹50 may apply. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

5. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or email. Track your order on our website or the courier's website.

6. Failed Delivery

The courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts. After that, the package may be returned. Re-shipping charges will apply for returned packages.

7. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, photograph it immediately and contact us at Customerflicksy@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
